一、用途 Purpose of the machine
MK8940型線鋸導(dǎo)輪開(kāi)槽專用磨床，主要用于太陽(yáng)能光伏行業(yè)硅棒切片線鋸的聚氨酯導(dǎo)輪的磨削開(kāi)槽，同樣也可用于其他行業(yè)的線鋸導(dǎo)輪開(kāi)槽。
The machine MK 8940x1200 is specially designed for photovoltaic industry to slot through polyurethane guiding wheel grinding with silicon bar cutting scroll saws. It also can be used for slotting with wire saws.

| 二、功能特點(diǎn) Features |
距達(dá)到1200mm，磨削尺寸大，可達(dá) Φ350mm X 1020mm，使用范圍廣，基本可覆蓋國(guó)際幾大硅棒切片線鋸機(jī)型的聚氨酯導(dǎo)輪開(kāi)槽。如：Meyer Burger（梅耶博格爾公司）的DS262.DS264.DS265.DS271,日本NTC的D442.PV800,HCT公司的B5.B6等其他機(jī) 型。主要部件采用國(guó)際品牌產(chǎn)品，如SIEMENS的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)和電機(jī)，德國(guó)海德漢（HEIDENHAIN）的光柵尺等，加工精度高。
The machine has characteristics of a wide range use and big size grinding, with its center distance reaching 1200mm, maximum diameter 350mm and length 1020mm, capable of covering major international manufacturers’silicon bar cutting machines with scroll saw， including DS262, DS264,DS265, DS271 by Meyer Burger, Switzerland, D442, PV800 by NTC, Japan, and by HCT etc.
Being incorporated with world well-known brands into the machine, such as CNC system & motors from SIEMENS, grating scale from HEIDENHAIN and so on, the machine can obtain a high machining accuracy. |
